Training Programme Application Form

As a reminder, you must have met all of our prerequisites prior to applying and have a meditation practice of at least one year by the time you attend your first training event. Applicants will be contacted within a few weeks of submission.
Applicants booking onto TTi events before end of 2017:
If accepted to the programme you will be asked to pay a deposit of £200 and the student membership fee of £40 which will secure your booking on the first available training retreat of your choice.
Applicants booking onto TTi events from January 2018 onwards: Information coming soon
There is an application fee of £15, which you will be prompted to pay on submitting your training application form.
Cancellation Policy – for trainees completing TTi before January 2018
Breathworks training retreats are very popular but there are a limited number of spaces. So it is important that any cancellation, or changes, to bookings are made well in advance.
To book for a training retreat in the UK, Breathworks requires a £200 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations and refunds
- The following proportion of your fee will be refundable if you cancel your place on the event:
1.1. Up to eight weeks before the event you will receive a refund of any course fees paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
1.2. Up to the start of an event and a substitute can be found, you will receive a refund of any course fees paid less the non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, if a substitute cannot be found we cannot refund any of the fees.
2. The following proportion of your fee will be transferable if you transfer to another comparable event:
2.1. Up to eight weeks before the start of the event, any fees paid can be transferred to a future event, less a £50 admin fee.
2.2. Up to the start of the event and a substitute can be found, any fees paid can be transferred to a future event, less a £50 admin fee. If a substitute cannot be found then unfortunately no refund is available.
3. Refunds will not be given after the training has commenced eg if you decide to leave the training early.
Full payment for the retreat is due no later than four weeks prior to the retreat start date.
Failure to make the full payment four weeks before the retreat will result in the loss of your place on the retreat as well as your deposit (unless a prior arrangement has been confirmed by our office).
If you need to cancel your place after you have paid in full, it is unlikely that we will be able to refund your fee unless we are able to fill your place.
You may consider purchasing insurance for your course booking, the organisation below offers reasonable priced course insurance and have no restrictions on age or pre-existing health conditions.
