The Breathworks Living Well with Pain and Illness programme is an eight week course followed by an optional day retreat This course offers self-management mindfulness-based strategies for people living with persistent pain or ill health and the stress that can result. It provides a tool kit of resources for daily life. You will learn to develop these strategies in a warm and friendly group setting. Course Details
Course Costs As a community interest company Breathworks Manchester operates on a not for profit basis. We aim to ensure that our courses are open to everyone regardless of situation or income. This means that we operate a tiered fee structure (as shown below) and provide a limited number of concessionary places on every course. To ensure your place on a course please contact us as soon as possible.Costs for eight week course
Costs include three guided meditation CD sets and a handbook. To secure a place on the course please book with a £30 non-refundable deposit.
To secure a place on the day retreat please book with a £15 non-refundable deposit.
