Breathworks Living Well with Pain and Illness Courses - Distance Learning

For those who are unable to attend our courses, we offer the Breathworks distance learning and support course This takes the form of ten weekly one hour phone calls with one of our Breathworks trainers, Caro Edwards. She guides you through the Breathworks course week-by-week and helps with any questions you have. The cost includes three CDs of led meditations, a workbook and a comprehensive set of handouts which we post out to you at the start of the course.

Other resources

You will also be able to access an interactive online site where you will find relevant articles, poetry and further information, and be able to liaise with other long distance learners and be part of the wider Breathworks community.

Follow-up

Having taken a Breathworks course, you will also be invited on our one day retreats in Manchester (which currently happen three times a year) as well as our annual one week Graduates Retreat which generally takes place in Shropshire in July.

Cost of the course

£417 (waged), £334 (low-waged) or £250 (state benefits).
