sky Breathworks Distance Learning - one-to-one telephone-based coaching though the Breathworks programme.
sky Breathworks "Grads" Retreat - a five day residential retreat aimed primarily at people who have attended a Breathworks Living Well with Pain and Illness or a Living Well with Stress course.

Vidyamala Burch - Breathworks Founder

Originally from New Zealand, Vidyamala sustained a spinal injury when she was sixteen. Over twenty years ago she started exploring mindfulness and meditation techniques to manage her own persistent pain and in 2001 began offering these skills to others, initially with funding from the Millennium Commission.
