Our moods are like seasons; sometimes we are sunny, bright and full of life. Other times, we feel dormant, cold and unmoved. Join us for this early spring gathering in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside where we will engage in the Breathworks practices of kindly awareness that support us to inhabit a happy mind, no matter what we may be thinking, feeling or experiencing. Explore compassionate acceptance of what we find painful or difficult, dwell in the simple beauty of pleasant experiences, and get used to the fullness of a life that can hold both with a wide open heart.
A typical day's programme is as follows:
7.00 rise followed by meditation
10.30 teaching input and meditation
1.00 lunch followed by free time to rest and take walks in the countryside
4.00 body scan and mindful movement
5.00 meditation review groups
7.45 evening meditation
Venue: Adhisthana Retreat Centre
