I have worked as a trainer in industry, the health service and in the arts sector. I joined the Breathworks training team in 2009. I love working with people, I find the Breathworks approach really positive and I’ve seen it change lives. I also help with the ongoing support Breathworks offers with one day practice retreats, the online community and annual residential retreats. It’s a fantastic resource for all Breathworks graduates.

I came along to a Breathworks course on the advice of my GP in 2006 to help me cope with chronic pain. Rather to my surprise I found the course really helpful, it was friendly, supportive and above all very positive, in fact it was great! I knew nothing about meditation but I found the meditation practices and the other tools and techniques used on the course very helpful and I’ve practised ever since.
