| Breathworks Mindfulness Trainer Isobel Dixon |

Isobel is a Breathworks trainer working with the project in central Manchester. She has background training in person centred counselling, groupwork and stress management. She has taught relaxation and stress management in community settings for many years and been involved with both the pain and stress management modules that Breathworks deliver since training with the project in 2004. Isobel lives with a chronic illness (M E) and has found the material delivered on Breathworks courses immensely helpful in coping with this and with the general challenges of life. She loves working with people and groups and is known for her warmth and enthusiasm. ‘I have found the practice of mindfulness highly effective in improving my overall quality of life and am passionate about sharing the Breathworks approach. |
