Vishvapani Blomfield has taught mindfulness and meditation for 19 years. He teaches Breathworks courses in pain and stress management teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through Mindfulness in Action. He is also known for his broadcasts from a Buddhist perspective on BBC Radio 4's Thought for the Day.
