Your own Practice

If you wish to use more extensive mindfulness approaches effectively in your work, you will first need to develop a regular personal practice. Our Teacher Training Level One (TT1) is recommended as it provides the relevant training and support, and can be completed as a residential week or as a series of two-day modules.  This event is equivalent to module one, so participants can proceed straight to module two as detailed here.
