Breathing Space is the London Buddhist Centre’s programme for health and wellbeing. We teach meditation and mindfulness techniques that can help people who have struggled with depression, addiction, stress and anxiety to look after their own mental health. So far Breathing Space has helped more than 500 people. We could help many more. Our aim is to become a centre of excellence in East London, giving people the tools to manage their own mental health.
