I've been practicing Meditation since 2008. And since that time being mindful was my daily practice. I like silence and long meditations, and enjoy real contact with people. I've been working in Oddycham.pl with Maciek Frąckowiak for a few years with and co-leading various mindfulness workshops and classes. Which now include the Breathworks approach to Mindfulness.
