Friday mornings 10:30-12.30. An 8 week online group course for those who cannot attend a local course or want to practice from home.
Tuesday mornings 9.30-11:30. For 8 weeks you will learn mindfulness skills to cope with stress, fear, depression, and anxiety, within a supportive and friendly group setting.
If you are an MBSR or MBCT Teacher this intensive online course will provide you with a framework for helping people with chronic pain and/or long-term health conditions to live well and flourish.
