For 8 weeks you will learn mindfulness skills to cope with stress, fear, depression, and anxiety, within a supportive and friendly group setting.
If you are an MBSR or MBCT Teacher this intensive online course will provide you with a framework for helping people with chronic pain and/or long-term health conditions to live well and flourish.
Our goal is to make mindfulness accessible to everyone. A third of places on our courses and teacher training are subsidised by our charity, and we also develop partnerships to make mindfulness accessible to the wider community.
