Here’s what the Nightrider Team have to say this week:

Deb: Whilst I don't specifically have a mindfulness practice, I am happy to be able to support Breathworks for Vidyamala and Sona and all participants on future courses. I really do believe in the power of bringing a heartfelt and kindly awareness to any kind of suffering.

Dave: I, like Deb, don’t have a specific mindfulness practice, but I love that our joint team effort, will help more and more people to benefit from the fantastic Mindfulness training provided by Breathworks and The Breathworks Foundation. 

Karen:  By focusing on the positive in all that I do, is supporting me in the effort to be ready for the Nightrider Challenge! Things like; having my bike serviced, getting new lights and practicing fast sprints uphill on my way home from work! 

I've found working as a team a really rewarding experience, as is our fundraising mission to provide access to Mindfulness courses and training to help people!

Vidyapala: My mindfulness practice is enabling me to stay calm during my cycling training, especially when I'm faced with fellow road users who can sometimes be erratic and a little over zealous!
