As we start to emerge from lockdown and look to engage more fully in the world again, how can we do this with an open and compassionate heart, that is fully present and awake in a world that has changed so much since the global pandemic. Nature has been a blessing for many, a source of comfort, escape, and nourishment. She has held us when we have felt down, isolated and confused, and has brought energy and rejuvenation. Join us for a beautiful journey into how we can continue to become Wild Awake with the support of mindfulness in nature.

During the retreat Claire will lead you in mindfulness and compassion practices that connect us deeply to our inner wisdom, to each other and to nature. We will call on the wisdom of the sun and the Summer Solstice which coincides with the ending of national lockdown in the UK on the 21st June (accurate as of April 21) to awaken the heart, mind and body. There will be time allocated throughout the day where you can spend time in nature; walking, reflecting, meditating and engaging in mindful activities that Claire will share in advance of these sessions. When we return we can explore what we have found together, being inspired by each other, and nature.

When asked to sum up in a few words their experience of an online mindfulness in nature retreat that Claire held in March participants said; open, expansive, invitational, non-threatening, enriching, heartening, safe, connecting, blissful, happiness, compassion, magical, restorative, grounding, held, energising, enjoyable, inspiring, transformative, creative, community, warmth, being, radiance
