A retreat experience with the Breathworks community from the comfort of your own home.

Meditating at home is hard, even for experienced mindfulness practitioners.

This online weekend retreat will offer a supportive retreat schedule, allowing you to connect with the Breathworks community, drop into a stiller awareness, and find more balance.

The weekend will include guided meditations, discussion groups, short talks from Vidyamala and Q&A sessions. 

The programme will be carefully structured to balance screen time with meditation practice; there will be plenty of breaks each day so you can pace yourself. And if you need to depart from the schedule to go for a walk or take a nap you’re encouraged to do so; you’re the expert on your body and mind.

We’re offering a sliding scale of cost so that everybody can take part.

Most of us could use a retreat, a little more time for practice, or just a break. Studies have shown the importance of time spent on home practice for the wellbeing of mindfulness practitioners. This is a unique opportunity to practice the embodied, mindful living, contentment, and simplicity of a retreat, with your own meditation cushion, your own blanket, and your favourite mug!

Dates and Times

The retreat begins Friday, 26th June at 5.30pm for a brief introduction and practice, then:

Saturday 27th June 7:30am - 4:00pm (Lunch 12:30-1:30)

Sunday 28th June 7:30am - 4pm (Lunch 12:30-1:30)


We're offering four different pricing options to those wishing to join us, and asking participants to pay the highest sustainable amount that they can, so that we can offer places at a reduced cost to those less able to afford a place. The average cost per person per day to Breathworks to offer a programme is £120.
