Trusting Emergence - an online day retreat with the Breathworks community, from the comfort of your own home.

As we begin to feel the quickening of the earth’s year and recognise the first stirrings of awakening and renewal in the season’s shift we pause, together, to simply notice, nourish and honour what is here in the belly of our inner landscape.

Out of the depths of winters gentle holding will be emerging the stirrings and hidden potential of our own hopes and intentions for renewal. They may feel uncertain, unsteady and as yet unformed.

A day of retreat and shared practice to welcome and harness the return of the light and new growth. To trust the certainty and courage of nature emerging around us and connect with our own purpose for the year ahead, knowing that we have all we need. We will explore this through meditation, poetry, deep listening, sharing and creating… in kindly companionship.

And here…in this cold night
of wind and stars
the first whispered
opening of
those hidden
and invisible springs
that uncoil
in the still summer air
each yet
to be imagined
rose.

Excerpt : The Winter of Listening - David Whyte

Most of us could use a retreat, a little more time for practice, or just a break.

Studies have shown the importance of time spent on home practice for the wellbeing of mindfulness practitioners.

This is a unique opportunity to practice the embodied, mindful living, contentment, and simplicity of a retreat, with your own meditation cushion, your own blanket, and your favourite mug!

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?

The retreat is aimed at people who have been practising mindfulness for a minimum of 3 months.

If this is you, please join us - book your place below.
