The sheer volume of change we’ve experienced recently, whether related to work, health, social conditions or world events, has provided most of us with many challengesas well as opportunities. This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to deepen our understanding of change and befriend this unavoidable aspect of human experience.

We will explore:

  • Why we find change so challenging
  • Our views and beliefs about change
  • How we can work with change instead of against it
  • The deeper lessons we can learn living through change

Contemplative practices provide us with a comprehensive system for exploring and embracing change— things we will become familiar with in this workshop.

The workshop will include exercises, reflections, meditation, enquiry and discussion.

Who is This Event For?

Mindfulness, meditation practitioners, new and established teachers.

What Will I Gain from Attending?

  • Deepen understanding of change as the very nature of awareness
  • Deepen understanding of how to navigate and surf the waves of change
  • Explore strategies that can restore stability and balance in times of uncertainty
  • Identify personal strengths and resilience when facing change
