A Taste of Mindfulness

A Taste of Mindfulness is a self-paced online course with 2 hours of bite-size content to move through at your own pace, covering the basics of mindfulness practice. Learn what mindfulness is and the benefits of practicing it, have a go at some short guided practices, and start feeling the benefits right away.

Guided Online Course

Progress through a four-week recorded online course in your own time, and learn the essential skills of mindfulness. Understand what makes mindfulness meditation such an effective practice for mental health, and make it part of your life in a way that really makes a difference.

Support Sessions

Make building the habit easy with 20-minute live drop-in sessions, run three times a week by our experienced mindfulness teachers. These sessions will be held at times to suit a range of schedules.

Tuesdays at 10:30am (January 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th)

Thursdays at 12:30pm (January 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th)

Fridays at 2:30pm (January 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th)

Breathworks Online Community

Get access to an interactive online community, with an ever-increasing library of content, where you can connect with the Breathworks community of fellow mindfulness practitioners, and experienced mindfulness teachers.


The course is available on our easy to use online platform, via browser or on-the-go via smartphone app (both apple and android).
