This online CPD course offers an opportunity to explore the Breathworks approach to pacing as a practice of mindfulness and self-compassion.
Breathworks founder, Vidyamala Burch, and Head of Programmes, Ginny Wall, will explain the simple but effective pacing practice that is a core part of the Mindfulness for Health course, and lead an exploration of ways in which we can be creative with this approach, making it accessible and potentially transformative for a wide variety of people, whether they have pain, health conditions, fatigue, anxiety, stress or other difficulties.
We will bring in insights from pacing approaches in the Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress course, as well as modern pain management techniques.
Q&A: If you have a particular question about pacing, please include it when you complete your booking form, as Vidyamala will aim to answer participant questions through the session.
