What we offer

Our ‘gold standard’ 8-week mindfulness courses are Mindfulness for Health (Mindfulness-based Pain Management (MBPM) & Mindfulness for Stress. These are available in a range of formats from self-guided book-based courses right through to 1-2-1 mentoring.

We also offer bespoke Mindfulness in the Workplace programmes offering taster sessions, courses, and ongoing support for a large number of workplaces and organisations. This leads to increased resilience, improved decision-making and communication, and numerous other long-term gains to counter work stress, burnout, absenteeism, and workplace mental health issues.

We are a creative and evolving organisation and continually seek new ways to communicate our message. We work with a range of partners using digital and other technologies.

Our Teacher Training Programme is widely regarded as one of the most thorough and in-depth available. Breathworks is a founding member of the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations/BAMBA.
