Online Mindfulness Taster Session

Often we go through life on automatic pilot. Rarely do we stop to pay attention to what is going on around us. Mindfulness helps us to see clearly what is going on in our lives.

Our live online mindfulness taster sessions are a great introduction to the Breathworks approach to Mindfulness for Pain, Illness, Stress and Well Being. Even if you have done one of our courses before but haven't been in contact for a while, you may want to attend a taster session again to ease your way back in.
