Payment and Delivery

WorldPay will take your payment on our behalf. They use an encrypted security system, which means that your credit card details will be safe. Once we have received confirmation of your payment, the process of sending your purchases will then begin.

It will take one to two working days to process your order. Delivery times will then depend on where you live. After processing, your order should arrive in three to five working days in the UK and in Europe, two working weeks in the USA and Canada and 28 working days for the rest of the world (dependent on local delivery services).

If you are not happy with your purchase, Breathworks CIC has a "no quibbles" returns policy. Please contact Breathworks CIC within 30 days of purchase by email. It would be very helpful to us if you could send a note with the return stating why you are sending it back.

The product(s) must be returned in resaleable condition. If you have received the product(s) in a damaged condition please let us know when you contact us if you would like a replacement or a refund.

We will refund the postage for damaged item(s) received by you; for other returns, we ask you to pay for the postage.
