This online mindfulness for health course in a virtual group is for anyone suffering with pain, illness, fatigue, or any other long-term health condition. It allows the course participants to interact with the teacher as well as fellow participants.
The award winning course was designed by Vidyamala Burch, based on 25 years experience of managing severe chronic pain with mindfulness.
