I have been teaching Breathworks Mindfulness courses since 2011; predominantly in the NHS.

As an Occupational Therapist I have a particular interest in recovery focused mental health, and discovered mindfulness based approaches whilst working in this context. I currently deliver Mindfulness for Health courses to groups and individuals in my role as Senior Counsellor in an NHS Community Pain Service.

As a Breathworks Senior Trainer and Associate, I am involved in facilitating the teacher training program at residential retreat, modular, and practice course levels. I am active in the development of training and supervision processes within the Breathworks organisation in order to promote integrity, quality and consistency in our practice of teaching.
