Thanks so much for being part of the Breathworks Community! We’re excited to have you on board supporting our Nightriders and we’ve been checking in with them this week to see what keeps them motivated when their training gets tough….. Here’s what they had to say:

Deb: “The main thing that keeps me going is my commitment to helping people in pain have access to Breathworks courses.”

Dave: “For me, I really want to contribute and don't want to let my fellow team members down!”

Karen: "Determination to earn the pledges that people are making. I still have the leg muscles (from bike courier days) and a have-a-go attitude, so I am hoping to wing my way through this with the rest of the team, and some gel energy capsules, maybe a massage afterwards!”

Vidyapala: "Coffee!!"

Sona: "I try not to think about ‘getting there’ just enjoy legs going up and down, up and down. I like to cycle."

It seems that "teamwork", attitude and coffee are the order of the day and here’s a definition that perfectly describes our dedicated members (who, incidentally, all have very full and busy lives too!)

"A team is a group of two or more people who interdependently seek to meet a common purpose, often through hard work and problem solving, in order to meet their own and their organisation’s goals."

Will you support our riders?
