Mindfulness meditation is now a part of my everyday life and I have found it indispensable for helping me maintain mental wellbeing after many years suffering with depression and more recently have found it hugely beneficial for managing my physical health.

I find teaching the courses immensely rewarding and enjoy participating in them as much as leading them. I am motivated by wanting to give as many people as possible access to the essential skills of Mindfulness that I have found so invaluable.

I am also a Breathworks Associate trainer and have been mentoring student teachers in this role.

I am committed to the ongoing development of my personal, teaching and training practice and regularly attend meditation retreats and professional development training.

I participate in regular supervision, both one-to-one and with a local peer supervision group.

In my role as a Mindfulness Teacher and also in every part of my life I aspire to hold in my heart the practice of being receptive and accepting in my connections with myself and others and of responding from kindness to whatever flows in my awareness.
