Rules for Survival is a 10-session online self-study course. The course will help you learn mindfulness and compassion skills to help you thrive, even when life is challenging.

Where: Sessions are available on the Community of Practice.

When: The course is self-paced, so you will be able to complete lessons and practices whenever works for you.
