💻 Format: 1.5hr Online workshop
🙋‍♀ Suitable For: All experience levels, including those new to mindfulness

Overview

Change is one of the few things we can count on, and often one of the hardest to sit with. In this workshop, senior Breathworks trainer Colette Power offers a gentle, practical way to explore our relationship with change, whether it arrives as loss, disruption or unexpected possibility. Drawing on contemplative practice, Colette looks at why change unsettles us, the beliefs we carry about it, and how we might work with it rather than against it.

What You'll Gain

  • A clearer understanding of why change feels hard: an honest look at the beliefs and habits of mind that make uncertainty difficult to sit with.

  • Ways to stay steady when things shift: practical approaches for finding balance and stability in unsettled times.

  • A different relationship with change itself: exploring how we might work with change as a natural part of experience, rather than resisting it.

  • A sense of your own resilience: space to notice the strengths you already draw on when life doesn't go to plan.

  • Time to practise, not just reflect: guided meditation and enquiry woven through the session, alongside discussion with others.

Is This Event For Me?

This workshop is open to everyone, including those new to mindfulness.

Mindfulness teachers may also find elements of this session useful for CPD, particularly Colette's approach to holding change through contemplative practice and enquiry.
