Breathworks is a charity with a mission to make mindfulness accessible to everyone. This past year has been a difficult one for us, as it has been for many, and we are in need of donations more than ever to continue our charitable work. As next week is Small Charity Week, we’ve set a target to raise £10k by the end of June.
In order to keep the Community of Practice free for another year, we need to raise £2000 this September. If 1/3 of our members are able to donate £2 each, we will achieve this target. Consider supporting us today 💙
A night cycle ride took place on Saturday 13th July to help raise funds for The Breathworks Foundation. Five gallant volunteers ranging from 38-70 rode through the streets of Liverpool. See how you can still support them.

The Breathworks courses have had a huge, positive, impact on my mental health and how I manage my chronic pain and fatigue. And the Community of Practice is such a valuable and supporting space in which to keep my practice growing. I want to give a little back to say thank you!
I am holding this fundraiser to raise much needed funds for Breathworks. They are an organisation to whom I feel immense gratitude to, for equipping with the skills of self compassion and mindfulness to flourish in the face of adversity, namely living with chronic post surgical back pain. No longer do I feel so hopeless and alone but empowered and part of a bigger whole.. (see below for more detail re specifics)
