A virtual mindfulness ‘quiet place’ for key workers, where you can come for support and a moment of calm! 

We've created this virtual 'quiet place' for key workers, to give you some mindfulness tips and practices to cope with the impact of Covid-19. It's called the 'quiet place' as we hope you’ll see this as a peaceful 'virtual house' that you can repeatedly visit when you’ve got a few moments to re-charge and recuperate.

The resources are in four 'rooms' with different themes: Calm, Kindness, Connection and SOS (short, quick 'pick me up' practices you can do at any time).
