Head of Programmes 

Stanter is responsible for envisioning and organising  the Breathworks events programme , bringing you the latest learning and mindfulness events in the field. She is also the organisation’s Safeguarding Officer, and is the creator of the POC internship programme supporting our new POC teachers.

For Stanter, mindfulness is a way of life. In her early 20s, she began experiencing a chronic health condition which led her to explore holistic healing. Mindfulness played a crucial role in her healing journey, and . It was Vidyamala’s Mindfulness for Health approach that taught her acceptance and compassion which transformed the way she related to her condition and inspired her to undertake the teacher training programme with Breathworks. 

After qualifying she soon became a Breathworks Associate and has since delivered =our Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses, as well as Workplace trainings and events. 

What Stanter enjoys most about working at Breathworks is being part of an  team where she feels supported and trusted.. 

Stanter primarily works mostly from her home in Huddersfield. In her free time she enjoys theatre, contemporary dance, cinema, nature walks, hiking, and exploring new eateries with friends.
