Online Day Retreat

For individuals who want to experience a retreat from the comfort of their own home. Delve deeper into meditation practice, focusing on themes selected by the facilitating teacher. Learn how to set yourself up for a day retreat at home here.

Practice Day

For people who have completed an 8-week course and want to 'top up' their knowledge and practice. Sessions involve a full day of collective practice and meditation.

Urban Retreat

In person day or weekend retreats in either in London or Manchester. These non-residential retreats are for those seeking face to face learning and community engagement. These are led by some of our exceptional Trainers and Teachers.

West London Buddhist Centre

West London Buddhist Centre where we hold our London-based urban retreats.

In-person Residential Retreat

These 5-day retreats are an opportunity to immerse yourself in practice in one of our beautiful affiliate retreat centres. We hold one a year, and they are also a chance to practice in-person with Breathworks Founder Vidyamala Burch. We also run them online, so people who can't make it to the centre can practice alongside at home.
