Vidyamala and Sona are delighted to be offering another week-long meditation retreat. Due to the ongoing pandemic uncertainty this will be an online retreat. Option to join the retreat for the weekend only.
This is a 3-day weekend option for the Foundations of Mindfulness retreat. It will include an introduction on Friday, followed by full days on Saturday and Sunday which will cover the 4 foundations and an in-depth experience of exploring the body as a gateway to mindfulness.
