She specialises in working with people who suffer with chronic pain and illness, as well as long-term stress and disordered eating. She chose to train with Breathworks Mindfulness while searching for some relief to her ongoing battle with back pain and migraines and found this approach of tremendous, life-changing benefit. Julia runs two Mindfulness Meditation Groups and regular Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses in East Sussex and Kent, and also works extensively with individuals and couples, where a more personalised approach can be offered. She creates a welcoming, supportive and encouraging environment where anyone new to mindfulness can explore, learn and develop. She’s also available for corporate and business training for ethical organisations. Julia is a registered Mindfulness Teacher with the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations and the Mental Health Foundation.
