Louise is a clinical psychologist who has been practicing and teaching mindfulness for over a decade. She has run Breathworks groups for people living with pain, as well as working 1:1. Louise now works in renal and transplant medicine, supporting both the patients, and also the healthcare professionals. She also works to bring mindfulness into education, running courses in schools. Debbie is senior clinical scientist in the NHS specialising in the testing and treatment of vestibular (inner ear balance organ) disorders. She also lectures on these subjects at Manchester University. She is interested in the use of mindfulness techniques in clinical leadership, leading sessions on this, and the use of mindfulness to help support the well-being of students and all hospital staff.
