Alison is a Community Mental Health Professional, who has helped to bring the Breathworks approach to staff in a number of NHS Trusts, including her own. She has been running a continuous program of Mindfulness for Health courses in the NHS since 2013 - helping patients with chronic pain transform their relationship to pain and suffering. Louise is a clinical psychologist who has been practicing and teaching mindfulness for over a decade. She has run Breathworks groups for people living with pain, as well as working 1:1. Louise now works in renal and transplant medicine, supporting both the patients, and also the healthcare professionals. She also works to bring mindfulness into education, running courses in schools. Debbie is senior clinical scientist in the NHS specialising in the testing and treatment of vestibular (inner ear balance organ) disorders. She also lectures on these subjects at Manchester University.
